Media agencies face big challenges in collecting, storing, and organising campaign data. Without an integrated system, they waste time manually gathering and formatting data, delaying insights for clients. This slows down decision-making and campaign optimisation, frustrating clients and hindering future planning.

It’s important to have strong data governance to ensure campaigns are properly categorised for analysis to achieve maximum value. Without it, agencies risk poor results and lost value for clients. While some isolated solutions exist for these challenges, agencies still struggle to scale them across all clients due to the complexity of combining the right technology and processes. We engineered an innovative data product that seamlessly integrates enterprise tech stack with best-in-class media agency ‘ways of working’, making data readily available to the right stakeholders at the point of need. This product exceeded our desire to deliver data democratisation, with data accuracy now at 95% versus the industry standard of 85%, +700% usage compared to the replaced product, and three other OMG UK agencies, as well as OMG Austria and Switzerland now implementing this product. Through product innovation, we have saved time, saved taxpayers’ money, and set a new standard in data governance for the entire industry.
