UN Women - Turning Hard Cash into Hard Donations

On 6th February, a magnitude 7.8 earthquake hit Türkiye and Syria. Over 55,000 people lost their lives, and we needed to help.

We wanted to find a solution that delivered on two levels: Identify a charity partner that could enable donations and a platform that could bring our plea to the most receptive audience. UN Women was already helping women and children in the disaster zone and news publishers was where we could align breaking news with the urgency of donations.

This partnership went beyond expectations with a 3,600% uplift in donations for the Earthquake.
