Chloe Hawking

Chloe is CEO of UK & Ireland and President, EMEA at KINESSO, IPG Mediabrands' tech-driven performance marketing agency. One of the largest digital agencies in the EMEA region and employing over 1,400 people, Chloe is focused on ensuring KINESSO's services are fit and future proofed to match clients' existing and emerging needs, and the award-winning KINESSO team is thriving. Before her current role, Chloe led Reprise in the UK & Ireland for two years, where she drove incredible business growth, capability, and reputation in the market. Prior to that, she was Chief Operating Officer at PHD and Deputy Managing Director EMEA at Omnicom's Programmatic Division - Accuen. Her career has provided a wide-ranging experience in leading digital marketing capabilities for clients and agencies at a local, regional, and global level. Chloe is originally from Australia where she learnt about the power of using optimism and a beautiful constraint (modest budgets!) as a stimulus for digital innovation and creativity.
