Emma has over 18 years' experience in the media industry, working on some of the UK's best loved brands such as John Lewis, O2, Specsavers and British Airways. She spent the majority of her career at MG OMD, where she was at the helm of the agency's planning output and in that time has focused on developing new capabilities into the team including Inclusive planning and Responsible media, alongside more traditional planning skills ensuring that the work she is driving is both pioneering and purposeful. She has recently moved to Havas Media Network and expanded her remit to include strategy and insight capabilities as the agency's Chief Planning and Strategy Officer. Emma was recently awarded Campaign's UK Planner of the Year 2024 and Campaign's Global Media Planning Leader of the Year 2021 & 2022.
