To conquer this, Clarins teamed up with Channel 4 to launch the newly formulated Multi-Active moisturising range, targeting stress-induced premature aging in millennial women. Partnering with Channel 4, Spark & Clarins’ ideated the “Your Skin Doesn’t Need the Drama” content series featuring Made in Chelsea’s Liv Bentley. The campaign results smashed marketing objectives, increasing sales by 45% YoY, doubling purchase consideration, and growing new customer acquisition by 22% while successfully reducing the average customer age – solidifying their leader status for future generations.
