Amidst Brexit, Covid, and a cost-of-living crisis, 80% of young Brits stated feeling hopeless and helpless about their financial futures. Committed to helping the next generation thrive, we needed to create a new way to help young people build their financial confidence and set them on a path to achieve their goals.

Introducing NatWest Thrive. A movement & integrated campaign to help young brits step up their finances. Working with England Footballer Marcus Rashford, we created six tangible exercises to turn dreams into plans & went on a national tour with the National Youth Agency. We then took it into the space where we knew they were listening – TikTok, enlisting a team of Fin-Tok mentors to turn dry finance advice into useful, entertaining content tailor made for young brits.
