Gina is The Telegraph's Partnerships Director and is responsible for evolving the key role that content partnerships play in a subscriber environment. 

Since joining in 2016, Gina has helped brands to unlock the power of The Telegraph's rich first-party data and pushed the boundaries of creativity and reader engagement. By introducing a rigorous nine-point process around ideation and content creation that involves all parts of her team, brand partners are now seeing average uplifts of +47% for consideration and +91% for recommendation. Feedback in the past year has also shown that 100% of Telegraph partners agree that their campaign delivered on their objectives and they would book again. 

In terms of knowing what it takes to win, Gina helped The Telegraph to land MediaWeek's Sales Team of the Year in 2024 and was one of the winners of MediaWeek's 30 under 30 in 2017.
