Lesley is Head of Commerce Strategy at T&Pm and brings a wealth of experience across commerce, strategy, planning and analytical thinking. She has over 17 years' media planning experience, having started her career in digital. She is passionate about how technology helps us understand what makes consumers tick and aims to create seamless consumer journeys delivered through an end-to-end media strategy. Her specialism in commerce means she finds ways to connect media, content and customer through an integrated marketing plan. She has worked across a broad portfolio of sectors including FMCG, beauty, retail, travel, entertainment, finance and automotive.
