Paddy joined Havas Media Network as CEO for the UK and Ireland in 2020, after 12 years at Dentsu in various roles across the US and UK. With over 20 years of industry experience in integrated planning, digital strategy, and innovation, he has since transformed HMN UK into a modern, customer-focused media agency. Under his leadership, the agency expanded its capabilities with key acquisitions in ecommerce, performance, social, digital, and data, and introduced new services like Havas Play. His leadership has driven major client wins including British Red Cross, Dr. Martens, Matalan, UKTV, DeBeers, Abercrombie and Ocado, while consolidating global accounts such as Sega, Bethesda and Bumble. Paddy has also championed progressive policies, introducing six months of parental leave for all caregivers, and led initiatives like Ad Net Zero and #ChangetheBrief. In 2024, he was named 'Media Leader of the Year' by The Media Leader and is shortlisted for 'Agency Leader of the Year' at the Media Week Awards.
