Sharon Dhillon

Sharon is the Managing Director at Initiative UK where she defines the standard of best-in-class client relationships as well as leading, managing and supporting the Leadership team and agency. Previously, she was at Mindshare where she was Chief Client Officer. Over the course of her career, Sharon has worked on a range of accounts, across a number of different sectors including NatWest, HelloFresh, LEGO, Bupa, COI/Govt, Ford, River Island, Unilever, CHANEL, Land Rover/Jaguar, Volvo, and Dyson. Alongside her day job, she has been an industry leader by developing a programme to support parent's transition back into the workplace.
