Shipra has worked in People & HR functions through most of her career with over 25 years experience in various industries such as Technology, Financial Services, FMCG, Media & Advertising. 

Shipra has a keen interest in Building Culture, High Performing Teams and Inclusion.​ ​ Shipra is an accomplished strategic and collaborative HR professional with extensive International HR experience across diverse geographies and industries. 

Previous to working at Wavemaker, Shipra has held senior positions at McCann Worldgroup, VMLY&R, Razorfish, PepsiCo and Sungard.​ 

Shipra lives in the UK with her husband, son and daughter. In her spare time Shipra is a keen dancer and has performed in many shows, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her friends and family.​ ​
