Having moved from OMD at the end of 2023, Vicky has already delivered huge impact across OMG. In her new role, she drives market-leading connected planning excellence across OMG UK to deliver effectiveness, efficiencies, and improved client outcomes. Her role is to ensure that the group and its clients are equipped to navigate the increasing complexity in the media landscape and leverage the proliferation of available data to deliver fully integrated planning across paid, owned, and earned communications. In 2024, Vicky spearheaded OMG's Unified Video proposition, developing industry-leading planning and attention tools and capabilities and encouraging clients to approach media planning from a more holistic perspective. With over 25 years of experience and twice named winner of Campaign's Media Planner of the Year (2020 and 2021), Vicky was also honoured by the IPA 2021 with a Fellowship in recognition of her services to Media Planning. A well-respected voice in the industry, Vicky also regularly speaks at industry events, including the Advertising Association's Media Business course and judges industry awards. She is a leader in the field of change, working in collaboration with the AA to tackle issues surrounding trust in advertising and is committed to ensuring a diverse and inclusive industry both in the planning work she does and in championing representation across the agency and was Highly Commended at IPA's iList 2022.
